I first joined the Guild 20 years ago soon after it was formed.
I was a member for some years before life got too busy and had to let my membership lapse. I worked in an office job in London for nearly 30 years before deciding that a complete change was needed. So I gave up my job, moved from Kent to Herefordshire and set up my own business creating and teaching jewellery techniques of various kinds. Included in these techniques was my old friend polymer clay.
I now teach from my home studio in rural Herefordshire and at venues nationally. The more I teach the more I become addicted to the endless possibilities polymer clay offers. And so, having met some familiar faces on the BPCG stand recently at the NEC I decided to re-join.
