Here is the form to complete your entry into this year's  Celebration competition.

The competition is open to all current members of the British Polymer Clay Guild. Not a member? Join here .


You will need to add your membership number to the form. If you do not know it, contact Ange Smith for the information.


Please complete a separate form for each piece you are entering into the competition.

You will need to add the Category Code into the form, the Categories are : 

Emerging Artist – Adult (age 16 and over)

Wearable Jewellery (Code = EAWJ)

Functional Objects (Code = EAFO)

Sculpture / Art works (Code = EASAW)

Mixed Media (Code = EAMM)

Miniatures – must be made to a set scale (Code = EAMIN)


Young Persons Entry – over 12 but under 16 years of age

Wearable Jewellery (Code = YPWJ)

Functional Objects (Code = YPFO)

Sculpture / Art works (Code = YPSAW)

Mixed Media (Code = YPMM)

Miniatures – must be made to a set scale. (Code = YPMIN)


Children’s Entry – under 12 years of age

Wearable Jewellery (Code = CEWJ)

Functional Objects (Code = CEFO)

Sculpture / Art works (Code = CESAW)

Mixed Media (Code = CEMM)

Miniatures – must be made to a set scale (Code = CEMIN)


Applicant Artist Adult (age 16 and over)

Wearable Jewellery (Code = AAWJ)

Functional Objects (Code = AAFO)

Sculpture / Art works (Code = AASAW)

Mixed Media (Code = AAMM)

Miniatures - must be made to a set scale (Code = AAMIN)  

You will need to be working on a tablet or computer to use this form, some of the interactive elements will not work on a phone. (If this is a problem, please contact Fiona Abel-Smith, and we can send you a simplified form by email ).


Click on the Word form below, it should open up on your screen. Click on enable editing. Complete the form and save it as your own word document, naming it 'your name' Competition Entry form (e.g. Fred Bloggs, Competition Entry Form) You can add your images directly onto the form.


Then email your completed form to . Please title your email as Celebration Competition Entry. You can include more than one entry form in the email. 

Payment for your entry (entries) if applicable, should be sent via PayPal.


To pay by PayPal:
- go to  and click on the "Send Money" option
- send £5 for each entry (if applicable) and when asked who to send it to, put:
- click "Continue"
- check that the details are correct and enter your name, and the competition entry fee in the 'Message' box near the bottom (e.g. Fred Bloggs, 3 entries for the Celebration Competition = £15)
